Board of Directors

Bill Ackman has served as Chairman of the Board since November 2010. Mr. Ackman is the CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P., an investment firm he founded in 2003. Mr. Ackman has also served as the Chairman and CEO of Pershing Square Tontine Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: PSTH), a special purpose acquisition company, since May 2020, and as a director of Universal Music Group N.V. (EURONEXT: UMG), a music-based entertainment company. He is a member of the Investors Advisory Committee on Financial Markets for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and a member of the Board of Dean’s Advisors of the Harvard Business School. He served as a director of Bausch Health Companies Inc. from March 2016 to May 2017.  Mr. Ackman is co-trustee of the Pershing Square Foundation, a family foundation. Mr. Ackman received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Harvard College.
